The Amazon Regional Observatory fosters the flow of information between institutions and intergovernmental authorities of the Member Countries, linked to the study of the Amazon, becoming a reference center for regional scientific-technological information and socio-cultural diversity of the Amazon.

The information contained in this section has been generated with the collaboration of official institutions of ACTO Member Countries such as: Guyana Wildlife Conservation and Management Commission (GWCMC), Ministry of Environment and Water of Bolivia (MMAAyA), Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of Colombia, Instituto Brasileiro do Meio Ambiente e dos Recursos Naturais Renováveis (IBAMA), among others.
